For some reason there's a rash of spam posts today. If you see one, click on the little report button down in the corner and report them to the moderators. Then, enter a response that says, "Reported as spam." That way others will know it's been reported and they don't have to.

It doesn't do any good to reply to them with insults, they don't read them anyway.

I see a lot of them in the early morning hours (1-3am) when I cant sleep checking out threads. Thats about exactly what I do also, hit the report button and write a quick "spam reported" reply in the thread. Seems to be deleted by mods pretty quick.

I love deleting SPAM. When you hit the "report" button, I don't get the message. Maybe Eric does, and I'm sure Ryan does. If you want to notify me about it, send a PM. I killed three such threads today.

I'm quilty of m-effen the last one. Sorry; just couldnt resist. What's the purpose of it? I understand it when there is money behind it like when their advertising lists of cell phones or i-pods with links to buy them I quess. But what's in it for someone to just post a three year old sports story? :headscrat
