I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. No, there isn't a "how-to" forum on here. I suppose it could be suggested, but I'd think most how-to's would fit into the other categories already here.

Yes, there were several other categories for various subjects when it was GarageJunkies.net. Now everything is tossed into only a few categories, its supposed to make it easier to find stuff... I personally liked it with the specialized categories, especially the "ask the pros" section, but hey, what do I know?
