How to unload air compressor

jeeze Is it that common for people to not know thet you can tie **** down with a ratchet strap and its not going anywhere..LOL 3/4 of you guys made this WAYYY too complicated.

At least around here, you can rent the Home Depot truck for $20 for an hour and a half. It has a ramp for rolling the thing down. That's what I did with my 760-pound shop cabinets (although I discovered, too late, that the ramp had been removed from the truck I rented).

I'd be a little nervous about a top-heavy tower on a utility trailer.

But then, I'd also be a little nervous rolling a 417-pound compressor down the ramp of a moving truck. I'd move it on a furniture pallet and use a heavy rope (wrapped around the frame bars on leading edge of the truck bed) so I could lower it slowly.

Be really, really careful. Never get underneath it.

Didn't plan on it, as I thought they really aren't supposed to be layed down. I figured I would have to strap the hell out of it, to keep it from falling over.

as long as its strapped it should be fine

We do it all the time with farm equitment and have no problem
