How to upload picture

I am brand new here and was asked to upload a pic of what I needed help with. Please advise

Go to "postimage.org"

Select the file by using the browse feature.

Select "adult" or "family safe".

Select resize for forums.

Hit the 'upload' button.

Hit the 'hotlink for message boards' button...will show "copied" when successful.

Paste the link in your message.

Done.
