What’s a nos part cost? Doesn’t seem like high precision is necessary. I’d just try to get some similar tube. Set up a welding table, get some similar size Id tubes to tack weld to the table and bend around it with a torch.

I'd like to repliacte this. It is a grab bar from a reasonably rare motorcycle (Yamaha RZ500).

I live in a small town. There really isn't a shop with a small tube bender at all. I am probably going to have to send the dimensions out to get it made. How would I measure this so as to make it so a tube bending shop would be able to do so? It's not mine. I don't want to send this one out.

Any help appreciated.

Dog for scale. Ha.
Are you able to weld? If so, I could likely bend some tube and send it to you, then adjust as needed, weld on the stubs, and paint.

Update: I took it to a machine shop. The older tech looked at it and asked when I needed it and could I leave that one. I said whenever and yes. He said to stop back next Friday. $65.
Damn! My local machine shop would probably want $200 and a month to do something like this.
