How would you drywall this wall?

I have a wall 60" high by 70" wide I need to replace the drywall on. As you can see by the picture, there is a fuse panel and outlet on the left and the dryer ducting on the right. Would I hang it vertically starting from the right? First fully visible stud in the picture is approx 40" from the right wall. -or- vertically install a 48" piece onto the stud under the fuse box toward the right wall and then a piece to the right of it? What about around the fuse box? A piece above and below or one piece cut to fit around the box? I also need to put a piece in the adjacent wall. Contractor who installed the fuse box did a crappy job of cutting the drywall for the box and sealed the opening with spray foam.
The white spots on the wall are from when, maybe back in the 70's, are holes punched through to spray in foam insulation, which is now dust. I guess the white is the back of the tyveck when the siding was installed. Do I use expanding foam to seal it to the black part, or staple a vapor barrier before I put up the fiberglass insulation? Thanks.
Mark

buy a 12' sht of drywall, cut in half lenghways. lay it horizontal . put the 12" pc at the ceiling with the cut edge up, taper down. put the 48" pc on the bottom. taper to taper and raised tight to the top pc

48" seam height easier to tape than at 12" off floor
make all measurements from from one end and top . map it out carefully & you're good to go

Thanks. Let me add this: the ledge right below the dryer duct is 32" off the floor. It is 58" from the ceiling to the ledge with enough of a space behind the ledge to slide the drywall down 2".

Like they said. Spend the extra for blue board or mold resistant as even when no leaks it's a moist area

I would take the cover off the panel box and replace the whole wall, installing it horizontally.

Both... clean the wall completely... total new blue board the whole wall... tape and prime... paint...

Have a wall party... invite a friend... buy some beer... have a BBQ and get it ready to prime in a day.
