How would you finish this interior?

Working on finishing the interior of my shop, it's a 30 x 32 w two 10x8 sectional doors.

The two side walls are steel frame on 48" centers. The front and back are 72" centers.

I am thinking about putting some type of steel stud on 16" centers for the side walls and 12" for the front and rear.

The only problem is I am not a framer and there is not a top plate to terminate.

Suggestions?

Couldn't you screw the top plate into the bottom of the truss? Think I would also make the back wall 16" on center since it isn't carrying a load. For drywall, OSB, etc. 16" oc is fine.

You can't really see it in the photo but there is a radius on the eve, so I don't think I could just screw a top plate to it. I may just have to go in between the studs with the "top plate".

The front and rear walls are 72", so trying to make it 16" oc won't work. I was thinking 12" oc to make it simple.

I just need something to screw the sheetrock to instead of having the FB studs 48" and 72" apart.

Everything is going to be a challenge. I want to sheetrock the walls, and put a drop ceiling in.

I had to make the eve height 9.5' so I would not have a problem with the city setbacks. The 8' garage doors are a blessing for two full-sized trucks, but with the tracks and cable pulleys above the door will make the drop ceiling install interesting.
