I came across a couple of garage sales today, conveniently across the street from one another.

Got the awl for $2. Cleaned the brass up with steel wool.

Got a set of 3/8" sockets from 1/4" to 7/8" 11pcs for $50. Sockets in real nice shape after decrudding a little with wd40. Came with a sawed off Sears & Robu rail.

Couple years ago I get the idea to go to some garage sales. After 2-3 I gave up. I suppose its one of those things you have to put your time into.
