I am building a 60x70 barndominium/garage. The red iron is erected and the contractor should be starting the windows, sheeting, and roof soon. I hope to be framing and finishing out the interior myself, God willing. It's good to find this group, because I'm sure I will be having a ton of questions and will need help.

I am sort of familiar with West Virginia, but know nothing about East Tennessee.

Greetings. It sounds like a nice-sized barndominium! I'm looking forward to seeing some pics of the finished product. My sister sold her farm not too far from you a couple of years ago. She was on Paint Rock Valley Rd. She's in N. Florida is with me now, and she misses the rural setting but not the cold weather. LOL

We are very, very close to Paint Rock. This is a nice area but currently it is cold. I could go for some Florida temps right now. Take care. I ended up hiring a contractor. I will post some pics. The recent big snow slid off our roof and ruined our gutters though. Will have to replace those and put up some snow guards.
