Hello, will be starting construction on a 24'x36'x8' shop here in a month or so. Whenever the loan closes and I get permits/HOA approval. Been lurking here for the last month or so figuring out alot, I think every question that has come up I've found an answer to here. I'm having a contractor do the driveway/foundation, dry in the building and install the electrical service/meter/panel but I'll be DIY'ing the rest of it.
