Well we bought a house earlier this year. It came along with a detached 20x18 garage. It was leaning about 2-4inches to the side. We had a local company drive some heavy duty wood into the ground and shore it up so it at least stops.
Speed forward to now. Its getting cold up here. No car in the garage but I have my reloading, casting, gun smithing, and hand tools in it and its pretty rough to work on.
So I'm debating how to tackle insulating it and some how heating on the cheap.
Hopefully I'll be able to find/get some solid advice.
