Hello everyone,
My name is Randy and I am a Server Administrator for a major power company in TN.
And best of all, I am just about to close my first Garage!!! Oh yea and it has a house attached to it for the misses! SCORE!!
As you can probably guess I am extremely excited! It has been a very long time coming. However, we landed a really sweet deal on a BEAUTIFUL home, with an oversized two car garage with an office upstairs! I finally have a home for all my tools and even room for a car and my scooter!
I can't wait until I can start getting the floor ready, (not decided yet what I am doing to it) and paint the walls! Then I can move in all my lovely toys! and start using them to build stuff again! Oh it has been far too long since I have had a functional workplace! 13 years, since I have had the space to actually use my tools!

And this is the part my wife is interested in
I don;t have any good pictures of the inside of the Garage, but it has a half bath in the back left corner. It seems the previous owner had a dog locked up in the garage for some time. He destroyed the insides of the doors, peed everywhere and generally tore the place up.. It is not bad, but needs a GOOD cleaning and paint and Epoxy probably.
Just a couple more inspections to go and the we sign the final papers!!!
