I used to work in Manchester back in the late 80's for a Parker fella changing tires and replacing brakes on tractor trailers. Not sure if the place is still there, it's been years since I worked there. My brother was working for DOT at the scales down I-24 a piece weighing and inspecting trucks and it created a problem. He was putting trucks out of service and I was working on 'em. Someone screamed it was a conflict of intrest.
