Hey there my name is John I'm in north central Texas about an hour west of Ft Worth. I'm a fire fighter/paramedic & K9 arson dog handler. Just started a shop project on some land we have been sitting on for a few years waiting to get the last kid out of the house. The plan is to build this shop with a small 16x16 guest quarters in it. Once completed we will move everything from our house into the shop including our motorhome. Move into the motorhome and sell our house. Once it sells the plan is to build a new house on this property. So the slab was poured the past Mon 11/26/18, they will start hanging steel this Wed. This is a 50x50 with a 10'wide porch that wraps around one corner and extends 35' in one direction and 25' in the other. There is also a 12' wide apron across the front that will have a 30' awning over a portion of it.. I will keep y'all posted as it moves along..
