Hey everyone, I came upon the site a couple years ago while I was in the initial planning process of my detached garage.
Much to the surprise (and jealousy) of my neighbors, I took the plunge and built a 30' x 50' building in my backyard last year. I've still got a lot to do like run utilities (power & gas) to the building, interior wiring, insulation, etc. and will have several questions.
