I am going to Indonesia work on some huge project. We are building 100.000 lo2 income houses, and cost yes the cost must be so low that most people would simply drop out from it now.
I am using concrete foundation, with SIP.Total cost of 20-30 sq meter is below 2000$.
We are also working on our own SIP factory , and all related parts , balance will be imported and manufactured here in the future.
Our SIP is costing about 3$ per sq meter for 4.5inch and 7$ for 12 inch.
