Hello Fellow Wrench's

I was doing an Internet Search on AEG Power Tool Repair and found you fine people. I inherited a old Blue 1/2" AEG Angle Drill Model D-122RK from my father after he past away, he was an electrician. Its got a broken Adapter Collar that holds the angle head to the main body and I've been having a dickens of a time trying to find replacement part for this old dinosaur.

The unit runs very well but my dad had it laced up with a hose clamp, probably used it that way for twenty years knowing my dad's aversion to spending money.
I'm hoping to have one of you fine people assist me with this and other wrenching mysteries.
My real name is Bob Walker and I live in Eagle River Alaska. I'm a retired Water/Wastewater Plant Operator, my hobbies are wrenching on anything, photography, videography, aerial drones, working on my house and traveling around the globe with my wife of 30 years. Oh and my wife says I'm a charter member of the "One That Dies with the Most Tools Wins" club.
Please drop me a line, I am retired.

Welcome to the forum, Bob. If you have some pics of the broken part and how it goes together it may help.

Have a great day,
George
