How's my floor prep?

How's my prep? Hand troweled floor was kind of "fuzzy" and bumpy. I used an angle grinder with diamond cup wheel (yes it took forever). It's now much faster and not shiny but it feels quite smooth to the touch. Is it too smooth for a thin film coating like rust bullet? Should I do anything else before continuing on?

Thanks in advance

Rust Bullet doesn't need as much prep as epoxy. I just pressure washed and power sanded my 1200 sq ft floor. It's held up very well. I had to do mine in 2 phases because I had a lot of stuff in storage. I don't recommend that approach.

Floor seems fine to be coated. Make sure to use a matching primer since when a floor is grinded it gets very absorbant so it needs a primer to avoid blotchiness when coating with epoxy.
