Hozan Tool Kit: what is it?

Picked up this unusual tool kit as part of a CL purchase. It is in a leather case that holds the tool assortment perfectly. All the tools are marked Hozan, except for seven adjusters (?), which are unmarked. They could be drivers for security head screws, but since they only have the short knurled handles, that doesn't make sense to me. Also, some of them are not symmetric about the axis; they look more like some sort of key.

Does anyone know what these are used for?

Thanks,
Jim

Looks like the same kit being sold on eBay as a VCR alignment kit (as tyyost said):

Hold on to those Phillips-like screwdrivers. I bet they are JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard). When you see a screw with a dot, say on a Japanese vehicle, it is JIS not Phillips. Regular Phillips driver will more likely cam out of a JIS screw.
