HTP Welding - great customer service

I received my filter regulator unit from HTP Welding on Monday. When I opened the box, a whole bunch of the gel desiccant was loose in the box. They had packed the unit so the auto drains punched holes in the lids. I managed to recover most of the gel so it was no big deal but I wrote to Diana at HTP to let her know so it would not happen to another customer. I didn't mention replacing the gel because I had recovered almost all of it. The next day I get a note that they were sending out new gel containers priority mail! Now I have extra so if I don't have time to dry it out, I can just swap in the new and then take my time drying the old batch. I would recommend this company highly after seeing the service they provided without asking.

It's a filter\dryer\regulator unit for compressed air. It filters out any oil and other particles then it catches water from the line. Lastly, the desiccant removes any moisture vapor from the air so you get very dry, clean air. HTP-Weld has them because it is best to have clean, dry air for Plasma cutters as your consumables last longer and the machine performs better. I'm going to use it for when I paint cars, spray furniture, and run a DA sander. Someday I may have a Plasma cutter or a sand blaster
