Looking to purchase a super quality air rivet gun to do 1/8-1/4 blind rivets. The Huck ak175 seems to be generally considered one of the best, but has some horrible reviews on amazon. Anyone own one and have experience, good or bad? Or another recommendation on a rivet gun? Thanks

While expensive, I don't think you can't get one better. I use it all the time to set 1/4 window regulator and door handle rivets. They also sell a manual version of the same gun. But air is the way to go.

There's a reason they come with a 90 day warranty.
If you use it with any regularity on any decent sizes, it will kill itself. Our Matco guy stopped carrying them on his truck because he got harassed for warranty so much.

Look at some from racing supply websites like speedway motors or capital motorsports. they are inexpensive (60-150$) and last forever. I have put together atleast 8 cars with mine with probably close to 1000 rivets per car and the most I have ever had to do is pull the jaws out and clean them as steel from the shanks of the rivet builds up over time.

edit: I just looked at the astro and it looks identical to the one I got from capital except for color so im sure it will work well
