Machine shop closed up how much should I offer for the lot of taps?

I pic them up for 0.50 a piece and I consider that a deal multiply by the number you think are there

I offered $300 but don't think I will hear back. He has it listed at best offer so im wondering how high someone will go. You really can't lose out it's just how good of a deal you can get.

Are they new or used up? Not much value in used taps

It's a shame that they are stored that way.

There are some very expensive taps in there but being stored in that manner causes some damage and can even ruin them.... I had like 5 that i forgot about in my truck box and after 3 months of rolling around 3 of them were ruined.

I take it there used, some new and some trashed. They probably just dumped the drawers into bins. I made the offer without looking at them but with craigslist you never know what's up and I never heard back.
