While a short reply will do for an entry, this is an opportunity to wax poetic about so many of my favourite tools - which one is an absolute favourite will depend on the day -
Perhaps my first recognition of the tangible difference in quality was from using my Dad's Wiha precision screwdrivers. Sometimes there it may seem intangible, but you just recognize when something is well made.
And my second experience of the same was using a rebranded Felo screwdriver he had picked up a single of somewhere. So good that I searched around to figure out who made it. And in the time since I've collected several Felo screwdrivers.
I am a huge fan of the Knipex pliers wrench, particularly the 10" size.
My Knipex Cobra pliers are awesome.
My NWS long-nose pliers are among my most-used tools.
And of course my Wera #2 Phillips lasertip screwdriver.
