Huge SO promo ratchet

This is for sale at a local consignment store. It must have been a dealer promo. This ratchet actually functions and can even be reversed.
I thought someone might get a kick out of seeing it. Its huge.

Were dealers driving around with these on their trucks? Seems like a waste of space on already small cramped trucks.
