I have the opportunity to buy a really nice Walker floor jack no 84. The seals do not leak, the rams are not rusted or pitted, the wheels are all in good condition, and everything works like it is supposed to. It never saw very heavy use. The pump handle is about 5 feet tall and the jack is about 4 feet long. The best part is it is only $15!!!!!! yes, $15. BUT, I don't have a need for it. Is this something that I could turn around and sell on craigslist? The seller is about to send it to the scrap yard. I want to save it from the scrap yard and get it to someone who can use it. What do you guys think I could sell it for on craigslist?:headscrat

I bought the red Hein Warner jack in the pics for $10. it works well too.

Seriously you should have bought it and asked questions later! Get off the computer and go buy it, I bet you could easily get 10 - 20x your money back!

That's a monster. A classic monster, but way big for home use. This advice from a guy who paid $25 for a non-working Hein-Warner Model F that size, so I'd have certainly hauled that Walker home for $15.

You know, if you don't want it or need it, don't get it. But at least put up an 'alert' on CL so someone can have it. Yes, you could make a few bucks yourself but you have to ask yourself is it worth your time to make maybe 50 bucks.

Ugh, if I was closer I could give it a very loving home. I'd grab it for sure to use. YMMV, though

How do you not have a need for a nice long body jack? Anyone you know? Neighbor kid? It seems like any DIY person is in need of a good floor jack :dunno:

Who knows?
Get it and flip it for $100-$125 on CL.

If I was in your state I'd have no problem buying it from you for that amount.
