humidity everywhere

I live in central Georgia where over the last year we have had an abundance of rain.I have a shop that is 24x76.My office/work room is a 12x24 room in the center.Toward the latter part of 2013 when the humidity is say 90-100% the 12x24 section would be soaked.the floor,my tools in my toolbox,most everything in the shop.It has just got this bad in last few months.what is the best remedy for this problem.

Can you install a window-unit somewhere? Even just a roll-around dehumidifier might help?
