Its cool in the shop in the mornings, well cooler than outside!
Today I had the south door open and the west door, nice breeze!
Too bad it condensed on my concrete!
I know its not coming up from underneath because there is plastic under the slab.
Its Humidity!

It is actually condensation from the cool slab and the warm damp air meeting each other when you open the door. If there was insulation under the slab in addition to the vapor barrier you would not have an issue.
I have one side of my building heard with hydronic and the other side not heated, I installed the same amount of insulation across the whole building including a thermo barrier between the heated/non heated floors. I have zero problems with condensation on the floors or anywhere else.

Yea, I should have budgeted for Insulation. I had the research done and the pricing. Too bad on my part because it would have also helped on Winter heating.
