I'm trying to install this thermostat on my Lennox fuel oil furnace. It's a 2 wire system, the t'stat has 2 connections "W" and "RH". What terminals do they attach to on the transformer? There are 5 terminals, but the top 2 are not connected to anything, 2 of the others have wires soldered to them that run to what I believe is the fan control for AC, I was told that the wires coming from that (2 sets of black and red) do no need to be hooked up, they are for different speeds for AC?

Hey Phil, what are you doing here? I posted this question on the VMF also!!

Slumming.

I saw it over there too. I'm not sure what you need to do exactly, but maybe those colorcodes will help. My guess is you only need common and heat.
