Hey everybody,

Since hunter has basically zero support for older equipment and any tech I have reached out to has been less than helpful. I am hoping I can get some insight here, about calibrating hunter DSP300 heads.

What angle or tilt; side/side, front/back is the aligner expecting to see during calibration?
(what I have come across it seems like 2 degrees each way is the number)

Is a prism required to properly align the IR sensors? If so what type/style of prism do I need?
Or how do YOU align YOUR IR sensors? I'd be interested to learn peoples techniques.

This response might be a bit late but could help someone in the future. The calibration instructions for the heads are near the back of the winalign 9.0 manual. It looks like the heads prior to the dsp300 need shims and prisms but the 300/306 and newer do not need them.
