Hunter GSP9700 Service Manual

Trying to figure out an "Excessive time to reach correct rotation direction." error message. And if it spins the other way, "Wheels is loose!"

Has anyone dealt with this before?

Does anyone have a service manual for this machine??

Thanks, this is the operation manual and doesn't provide much troubleshooting info. I'm hoping someone has a service manual.
