wondering if any one has run into this I just fired my new to me compressor and the small air line that runs to the pressure switch blew off it appears to be a push lock fitting I have not taken it apart yet is the fitting replaceable or does it need a complete new on off switch assy?

It is a push to connect fitting into the unloader valve. Try reseating it. The whole pressure switch is probably a Condor mdr11/11ea. Husky only sells the complete switch as a servicable item (~$45). You really only need the unloader which is a 1/4 turn to remove from the back. You might be able to visually match one up by searching for "Condor Unloader". They come in a few length and connections.

And if it's a plastic line, you can replace it with a 1/4" copper line - the compressed air gets hot and it softens the plastic. It's happened on my contractor compressor a couple of times (I just cut the line square on the end and pushed it back in).
