6mm-15mm and those slip off the nut profiles, I wouldn't buy them for $2.

Personally, I would never give something like this as a gift either. I wouldn't want my name associated with the frustration.

Thanks for pointing that out, I also just noticed its just a $2 savings. Nothing extraordinary, however, I hear the chrome on Husky's wrenches are better than the Craftsman's and HF's. One of the reviews attempts to compare this with truck brands. I don't know why reviewers even try to mention it. I keep a secondary set in the back of the car in case something bizarre occurs or if anyone on the road is in dire need of help.

One review indicates these are the gimmicky open ends that are supposed to "ratchet" but the pictures do not appear to be this way.

Anyone know for sure?

Incidentally, most of the reviews read like shills.

Basic combo wrenches........ NO "ratchet gimmick" on these.
I have a set and they serve the purpose as a "toss in the trunk..... just in case" wrench set.

Thanks. These'll be great for what I need: light duty fence assy in the field w space-cadet volunteers who don't respect tools and lose everything.

As a side rant, I've never understood Husky's fondness of stopping sets at 11/16". You NEED 3/4" for 1/2" fasteners. If anything they should skip 5/8 for two reasons : 1) the likelihood of most people encountering 7/16 fasteners is fairly low and 2) if you're going to be tightening or loosening a 7/16 fastener you really want to be able to get after the NUT w 11/16, not so much the head of the bolt w 5/8". Instead on its 6-piece sets Gearwrench (unrelated to the Huskys here) opts to skip 11/16 but does at least get you to 3/4"

Just curious, can you elaborate on "slip off the nut profiles?" Open end, box end or both?

I'm not standing up for these wrenches, they're clearly cheap MIC. But I'm not sure how they differ from any other entry-level Chinese wrench?

I have a couple of sets and they are OK. They aren't going to replace any tool truck brands. When I have to fix something at my Grandmother's or sister's house I'm glad I have them over pliers.

Picked up my two sets tonight. They're not terrible. The chrome seems nice.

They are lobster claw-esque for sure.

A touch longer than a Craftsman USA raised panel.

The weirdest thing is how little offset they have; hardly enough to keep from scraping your knuckles. Husky foreground, Craftsman background

For what I needed and for the price, I'm satisfied.

Well, Napa is doing something similar at $7.99 but from what I can see these look really cheap. And it appears the fractional set tops out at 5/8". There's virtually no text specs on these so I'm just guessing from pictures.

I love how they clearly care so little they just call it a "merchandising assortment." IOW here's some cheap holiday **** :D
