Hi All,

I was just trying to finalize whether to get the NewAge Pro or Bold and noticed the Husky Brand "Heavy Duty Welded Cabinets" from Home Depot. I can't post a link but they are the all black cabinets that I hadn't seen talked about here before. They look like a competitor to the Pro NewAge cabinets but with Home Depot frequent sales are a lot cheaper in the configuration I was looking at.

So as you might have guessed if anyone has these and could give some impressions it would be much appreciated!

Base cabinets or uppers? I want some base cabinets with deep drawers.

Is the gauge the same as NewAge Pro? Bold are lightweight 24 gauge. Pro are decent 18 gauge.

I was watching the NewAge Pro's as well, but the price was just too steep. I just picked up a pair of the 5 drawer Husky Heavy Duty base cabinets on sale for $278 each. Wow, they are heavy duty and nice! Each cabinet is almost 200 lbs. with soft close drawers and liners. I'm not real fond of the mounted rubberwood top so I may decide to remove them.

Overall huge thumbs up!
