This set of boxes was made by the Beach Company in Canada and sold under both the Husky and the MAC Tools name. This Husky version is identical to the MAC Economizer 4000 series boxes that sold for over $3000 off the truck. It even had MAC papers in it when I unpacked it.

Roller bearings on every drawer, and flawless red paint. There's not a scratch on this box anywhere. I've owned it since it was new and I take care of my stuff. All drawers have liners.

Please note that NO tools are included with this sale despite there being some in the pictures.

The pictures tell the story better than I could. There's no issues with this box, I just got a bigger one and I'm limited on space. I'll throw in the folding Craftsman side shelf for a full price offer. It matches pretty well and fits the box perfectly.

p.s. NO TRADES. Cash on the barrelhead, no I won't take payments, no I won't store it for you, no I won't take a Nigerian Cashier's Check and send you the difference. Ya'll know how this works. Available for pickup in Austin, TX area. Delivery available for a modest fee. $600SOLD or reasonable offer.

* also please note that the Snap On sticker is only a decal and this is not a Snap-On box...*

A heads up for those that are interested in the box above, those particular Husky boxes are warrantied for life, if you lose a key they send you a free one, you need a slide they'll send you two free ones (I've done it). In my opinion they were very good boxes and that's a good price but too big and too far for me.

How wide is it? This is very very tempting... would have to rent a small Uhaul truck to come get it from Houston...

Hi Tyler,

It's 40.5" wide, 63" tall including casters when closed, and 18" deep.

Hey at least in Cypress you're on this side of Houston! Just shoot down Hwy 290 and I'm close to IH35... easy in and out!

p.s. if it's absolutely necessary, the top box can be unbolted from the cabinet for transport...

Wish I had the cash for it...was just telling a couple friends the other day how I could use a bigger box. Local too!

GLWS
Open to reasonable offers, Blackend... it's actually already inside my enclosed trailer in Pflugerville too, so could probably arrange easy delivery for you!

Did you put it on your local craig's list? Out here that thing would be gone quick, especially based on the recent tool box prices out here, everyone thinks they're sitting on gold.

Yes I did, and I've gotten two offers - one to trade it for a 20 yr old jetski, the other a kind invitation to make big money working from home :p

There was one out here, identical, but just the top box for about $250 and it was gone in a few hours. And I would think the top alone in that size wouldn't be all that desirable unless you had the bottom. Try listing it on the weekends so it will be at the top when people are home and available, out here your ad is few pages back after an hour. I also add some keywords so people can find mine, tool box, toolbox, toolboxes tool boxes, tool cabinet, tool chest, Snap On, Mac, Cornwell, Matco, etc. (just kidding about the Snap On, Mac, Cornwell, Matco).

I've gotten some really wierd trade offers from craig's list, one was particularly long, he wanted all my tool boxes plus some money for an old Suburban 4 x 4. I'll post it if I still have it.
