Found this 2 pk of Husky Multi-tools on clearance for $3, regular price $10. Saw them hanging in the tool aisle.

Good stocking stuffers for Xmas. I wonder, though, how good HD's lifetime guarantee is on these tools.

Are those any good? If price is any indication, they may be cheap junk.

They may change the warranty on them to send to mfg. after 90-Days. After the mess they are putting me through with Ridgid tools I don't trust them anymore.

They seem stout enough, but I wouldn't compare them to Leatherman, SOG, or Gerber. But at $1.50 a piece they're worth throwing in a glove box or giving out for Xmas.

Some of the employees at HD are complete ignorant morons!, I asked the guy where are the 2 pack Husky Multi Tools because I couldn't find them anywhere, he was a geeky chinese guy with pimples on his face and the idiot didn't even know what a multi tool was!,SMH I can't believe some of the geek hipsters they hire at HD.....turns out they were sold out of the multi tools. oh well I'll just get a Leatherman instead.

These are low quality cheap Chinese junk - soft steel, poor fit an finish. Not even close to a Leatherman in terms of quality. Get those only if you really have to...

yeah I know, I was gonna get these because their cheap enough to not grow legs and walk away, but good enough to cut wires at work.
