Husky Pearhead ratchet - any good?

So I've been eye'ng (flea market) a Husky Pearhead (correct name?) ratchet that is froze up. Are these just a course tooth or a fine tooth ratchet? Are they any good, as in putting a kit in? Who makes them and are kits still available? The image won't upload...it has a metal selector verse the black plastic manufacturers are using now.

ive got a husky 3/8 pear head ages ago, put many many hours on it
its great, 36 tooth and super smooth and worn in
i only paid like 15$ for it 10 years ago tho

Stanley make them if I recall correctly.

Yeah its a Stanley, doubt you could get a kit for it. Home depot should replace it.

Regardless of where it was made, they ARE good ratchets.
