Husky ratcheting screwdriver

Pretty impressed with this didn’t know when I grabbed it it would have the features it does. Long screwdriver attachment or short and bit storage in the handle never saw this one before.

Taiwan or PRC? How much? can you just put a blade directly in the handle?

How much force holds the blades in? I might have to check that out. The older model has proven itself a winner over the last two years.

Held in magnetically the bits are. Doesnt take much to push the extensions in but they stay in and do not all out.

Pretty sure the cardboard they had on it said china had to destroy it to get the screwdriver out. Yes blades will go directly into the handle. And the main part is $12.97 for screwdriver,bits,and extension.

I picked up the other style of Husky ratcheting screwdriver (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-12-in-1-Quick-Load-Ratcheting-Screwdriver-99671/301939829) and was really surprised at the quality. The ratcheting mechanism is smoother and has less back drag than the Wera 816RA I own. The Husky made me disappointed in Wera.
