I saw that box at HD last week and it looked pretty good. The upper chest is bolted on top of the lower unit. The description doesn't include the total amount of storage space (cubic inches), which would let you compare it to other brands/models.

Here is what I noticed
The drawers are ball bearing but does not feel that heavy duty. The bottom 2 drawers are 7" which will be good to put home owner tools and such. The edges are welded and finished which looks a lot better than the other black husky boxes which are just spot welded. This one has no sharp edges.
It has 5"x2" casters which seems pretty good for a unit this size and price.
weight is 200lbs on par with craftsman offering. Aluminum rail handles. Full 18" top and bottom.
Comes with a cover but I don't know why, it's not a BBQ grill.
Lifetime warranty.
It's made in China and the HD tag says in small print "Black and Decker Macao" which I assume is Macao, china.
26" craftsman SS tower will cost about $800 although it has about 14 drawers. But if I want to spend $800 I would get the big costco one instead.
