Husky USA wrenches

I have done a search, however I am curious as to who manufactured the Husky wrenches around 1998. I am speaking abut the polished ones, which resemble Craftsman Professionals from the same era. I purchased a set back then, and I really like the wrenches, however I am missing the 7/16 of the bunch (stamped 37014). I would like to replace it, however I wanted to find who made these for Home Depot around this time. My research (somewhat limited) has lead me to believe it was Stanley or possibly Blackhawk, which is the best situation as Stanley appears to be made overseas now. I would not really care much, but I have tool OCD and would like to complete the set. Can anyone confirm who made these wrenches at that time? Thanks in advance!

They were made by National Hand Tool of Stanley in Dallas, but it was also part of the Feds law suit against Stanley for mislabeling USA made tools that were not which those probably were not USA made. That factory is no longer part of the line the only factory in Dallas is Stanley Dallas Mechanics tools in Painters Branch which make Proto, Mac and Blackwawk hard line tools.

Just curious, but are there any telltale signs indicating what wrenches were part of the claims (stamped USA, but not made in USA)?

Stanley did not disclose anything to admit guilt they just paid the fine and sent a paper to dealers wanting them to admit they were part of it but my dealer threw it in the trash. Only Stanley knows exactly which tools but they will never tell. It was the second tier tools like Stanley, Blackhawk, Challenger, Master Mechanic, Husky and other private label type tools. It was more of a time frame like early nineties until the lawsuit around 2000, you can look it up the paper work from the government used to be online. Yes the tools were labeled USA but were not or only a very small part of it done in USA mostly Taiwan.

I've got one here that's probably never been used. I got 3/8 through 5/8, but the 1/2 went missing.
