Have been using Husky stuff a long time and just found out something about Husky. When the going gets tough, the tough get going, and HUSKY does just that .. they leave. In this case a broken Spray Gun part is simply no longer available ... discontinued. Good luck dude. So I sit here high & dry and can only tell everyone that HUSKY will wish you good luck when a 10 year old part HUSKY built fails. One can only think WTF??

IMHO, a manufacturer should not be required to provide repair parts for a low cost unit forever.

This may not be a popular idea, but it’s been the reality for many years.

The WTF here is expecting cheap tools from the box store to have warranty or parts support 10yrs later. When they don't, you randomly join a forum and create a username, easily traceable back to your company, to make a single post rant.

Nonetheless, HUSKY exits stage left leaving the consumer without support claiming "this is standard practice and has been for many years". The bottom line is that the CUSTOMER is left with a non functioning part and nowhere to go. Thanks a lot HUSKY, job excuses aside, job well done.

You could have started by asking if anyone knows an alternative. The knowledge here cam be amazing, and there may be an existing manufacturer that uses the same parts.....hell someone on here might make the freaking part. Maybe details on the issue instead of a rant?

This is a weird first post.

You don’t buy Husky and expect support a decade later. You buy husky because it’s cheap… just a step up from disposable. There’s a place for that…

If you want something that is gonna have support ten years down the road, you are gonna have to spend more money up front. That’s been true of the tool market for longer than I’ve been alive.
