I have this power washer with no history.
So far:
1. New carburetor
2. Pump removed,
3. Strong spark. (Oil pressure cutoff switch appears to be working because there is sparks.)
4. good compression.
Did try to start with both chocks open and with front closed and second open. Just with little acetone but no go.
What am I missing?
May be timing? How to check it?
Thanks.

The only way to check the timing is to remove the recoil assembly and the cup it engages on the crankshaft. You may be able to see if the key slot in the flywheel and the one on the crankshaft are lined up. If you cant see both keyways, the flywheel will have to be removed to ensure the key is not sheared.
