The draft inducer motor on my Bryant furnace is on its way out, so searching for parts has led me to hvacpartsandmore.com... Anybody order from them before?

The part I need is nearly $70 cheaper here than repair clinic.com..

Shipping ups ground is free at hvacpartsandmore.com and $10 at repair clinic.com..

Overnight shipping is less than half at repair clinic.com, but it isn't the dead of winter, so I'm not to concerned. At this point the old part is making awful bearing noises, but it still works..

Any input would be helpful!

Yeah, I didn't bother to mention that, but I did call a couple places around here and they wouldn't sell to me (homeowner).. One guy gave me the number of another place, but they didn't do anything with carrier/Bryant stuff...

Something like this I would like to buy local, even for a premium, but not the easiest thing..

Have you checked Ebay for the part? Ebay is very much slanted towards buyers and will refund your money if the seller doesn't deliver as promised.

I didn't think to check eBay, but it looks to be a little more expensive anyway..


I decided to go with them since they take PayPal, so I'm not particularly worried.. ...

Well, so far so good... I ordered the part on Sunday and it just showed up today, not bad for free shipping.

It is also the exact OEM part I am replacing, so that is good.. I'll update when it is actually working later.
