Hyd. pump motor couplers

I need to replace a damaged motor coupler that goes to a hydraulic pump for a vehicle lift.
The motor shaft is a regular 5/8" keyed shaft. But the pump shaft is 5/8" splined shaft. I can't fing this combination anywhere on the Love Joy website. It looks like to me I will have the get a regular coupling and then some type of splined insert for the pump shaft.
Has anyone here run into this and have a better idea?

Well Lovejoy would have been my first choice but since it didn't help do you know the manufacturer of the lift? That would be my suggestion.

McMaster-Carr page 1164 has spine coupling hubs ordered one side at a time, also order same "letter size" coupling for the keyway side(prior page).

mcmaster carr is very quick on getting things shipped out from what I have experienced.
