Lot of work cause I wanna be a lazy man and not jump out of machine to adjust forks and wife give me death stare when she has to wrestle with them.

$70 each new rams with 18.375 travel. Took my mast and did some work to it
Almost touch at close and goes full 47” to edge of mast. You could cheat it one way or other but full width was more
Important to me

Wife and dogs approve as they don’t have to deal with them now! Hoses are a good length and everything protected well. Worked with dry mast, lightly greased mast makes it super nice.
Install time with just a simple I’m gonna try this attitude was about 4 hours. Money spent was about $350FECE947A-FCCB-4468-A8FF-E216D23A756B.jpeg4BE8FD0A-3E95-4D7F-8356-599F3A76EE0D.jpeg3F07020C-572F-493A-A74D-DB9E3527B73E.jpeg9D60A11B-00DC-4150-81E2-9F67BF4A4C50.jpegEC19EFFA-404B-4701-8A29-3370B7618508.jpeg36B2A555-E66A-44D4-95E0-CB552A60F671.jpeg

They work well as a low.cost, easily switchable option. Traction and floatation amazing. Don’t use it like a dozer though as you will tear up your machine
Added weight/wheelbase makes it stable and a lifting monster, but now weighs more than 11k

So if you want both forks maxed out to the left, you just jam the left one against something, or under something and it causes only the other fork to move...

Tempting to do this to my 6’ forks I had to make last night but don’t think it’s worth it. These forks will most likely sit around outside with low use till I need the long tines 0681D2E6-6970-4D75-8E58-40A7ADBF0C4C.jpeg4B796900-ADD6-43ED-AEA4-21DE54569BD1.jpeg

Make up a set of slide on extensions. There not great with actual pallets, but if you're like me most of my forking around is not palletized.

Great job keeping it simple and effective, I bet anyone else you know that has a skid steer will want that upgrade as well
