Hydraulic lift question

Does anyone have any experience with, or perhaps own a Hydra-Lift model 28BP? Bought one for a decent price, but the company no longer exists, and I sent the cylinder out to be rebuilt. Problem is, they misplaced the lift block that the cylinder attached to. They are willing to make good on it, my only problem is, they need the dimensions to have one made. I can't find technical drawings on it anywhere

Check with some of these people. No idea what models they have, but should be similar.
