Looking to see if anyone has any recommendations on a really good quality press for my shop. Im looking for about a 50 ton press, and easy way to move the table up and down, and possibly air assist to move the ram easier. Dake makes good quality products but dont see that combo as an option. Anyone else have something to recommend?

I have the 20-ton Harbor Fright press. Works well, has done everything I've asked of it so far, and I've used it more than I expected.

Yes, after looking at things closer I dont even think I need a 25 ton press although that seems common. But for sure not 50 or 75 or 100 ton for most common automotive applications. I dont think most of us would ever go over 20.

Still prefer a good name brand so looking at the Dake models alot closer and will call them. I tried to reach a local rep to take my money but no calls back. :dunno:
