I have a blackhawk (china) 10,000 psi hydraulic hand pump (65126) linked to a blackhawk (china) 12 ton hydraulic ram (65124) that threads into my press(bh8122). Dont judge, it was free! The small seal under the handle (input) leaks fluid out about as fast as I can pump. I tried tightening the packing like a ball valve to no avail. My problem is that I cannot find the seal kit by part number and I really don't want to machine some wonky bushings that will probably leak anyways. Does anyone know if these seals are standard amongst small hand pumps and/or where to find them?

How about a picture of what we are dealing with in regards to Seal type etc..?

I cant find a 65126 in my Blackhawk book, but the Majority of the Older units utilized Vee Packing to seal, Some Pictures will Help greatly.

Now we are getting somewhere, Yes those are Vee's and the ID Represents the Rod Size (Pump Piston) and the OD can be simply gathered by measuring the Outside dimension of a Singe Vee. The Only other measurement is the Stack Height and any Hydraulic shop should be able to Match you up with a set that will work. The Only other thing I would worry about is the Rod sealing surface of the Pump Piston, I cant really tell by the Picture but it needs to be smooth with Little to NO defects in the Stroke Area, Otherwise it will simply eat your New Seals up.

I reckon ill have to find a local hydro shop and take them the whole stack and rod. The only rust damage is minor and outside the sealing surface. The one rubber seal out of the bunch is hardened by my standards and most likely the problem. The things been leaking for at least the 7 years I've worked at the shop, the boss broke down and bought a new one so of course I helped him make room lol.

One more question. Why do you think it isn't listed anywhere?

Well its from the Banner series, my guess is the sizing cross references with some blackhawk 65125 or 30 pumps, but I can't verify 100%. If you handle those Vees you will notice not only are they different colors, but also different materials, 1 is a softer rubber material (aids in pulling oil, upstroke), Nylon and the other more durable poly to handle the pressure. Once you acquire some new seals, you need to be careful and don't set the pre-load too tight, as it will only wear your seals prematurely. Its definitely a feel that comes with experience, but small adjustments and testing will get you where you need to be.
