What a joyous day, pulled the trigger on an AMERICAN made plasma cutter.

This is my first cutter, decide to not hook it up till I have the proper clean air. Tomorrow I will be buying a Motor Guard 30 air filter and will be cutting anything within reach.

Stumbled onto a small job that will pay for the new toy.

Any advice is alway welcome.

the guy that builds our stock car has that brand...do you hav a cart for it because I dont imagine it is light?....I wish I had one but the grinder and sheer work good

It comes with a shoulder strap 37 lbs including torch.

Not cheap, however I'm getting old and prefer the easy way.

Timley post, I was researching some last night trying to find air requirements for a tool like this. Could not seem to find it on any of the mfg's sites. So what is the air requirement for this plasma? Or is it internally generated?

I hooked it up today after sourcing an air filter. I went with the Moto Guard M60 which is larger than needed, but the only one they had stock after going to three places.

I am blown away with this device, excellent build quality.

I paid 1700 which maybe a little higher than needed, but I like to keep some business alive here, and to think it is made in America.

I will be trying it out more this afternoon, and will post a pic.

I got it. (nice avaTar) It came with two extra of each and a gouge tip, but I know it
will be used much more than three tips.
