I Bought a Couple Vises. Can Anyone ID one?

I picked up a couple of vises off of Craigslist today. One is a Columbian D45-M3. The other, I don't know. I believe it says Shepard on the side, but its in rough shape. It doesn't want to turn and is missing a jaw. They're both roughly 4.5" vises and weigh about the same.

This weekend I hope to spray sone penetrating oil on it and see if I can free it up and then maybe sandblast it.
