I cannot reply to threads in the classifieds section

I saw an ad that interested me and I just wanted to ask the seller where they were located and that I might be interested in the item for a local pickup if he was close, however when I click on the "post reply" button I keep getting the following message:

1SlowFormula, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I have tried in a couple others to just click the "post reply" button, even some ads where there were already other members that replied, and I still get this message. I can reply in other sections, so it's not as if my reply permissions were removed, it just looks like I cannot reply in the classifieds section...

Why can I not reply???
